Advertisements masked as comments

Is anybody else getting annoyed at the advertisements posing as comments? First advertisers started calling our homes, then put stuff in our mail, then cell phones, then email, now blogs. Nothing is sacred.

I am annoyed with it too -- I didn't even think about them being able to do that. Ugh...we are on that "no call list" for Texas (to stop telemarketers phoning us) -- maybe we can get on a blog one now too! Until then, I am deleting their comments as they pop up.

How was Matthew's first day?

Very annoyed. (that word don't look right...)

I thought we would be safe in blog-world, but no, the evil empire has penetrated yet another sacred place! Down with spammers! (I wanted to say Death to spammers but that didn't sound very Christian-like)

I havr thankfully escaped this phenomenon so far. But my dear husband tells me there is a way to track the sponsoring link of such nonsense, and they can be reported.

Ugh.

Soemtimes I want to shut off all intrusions into our lives. But then they would just find mroe inventive ways to bombard us - maybe carrier pidgeons?

It's so frustrating, isn't it. Just what we need, more ads. HATE IT, HATE IT, HATE IT (which may be slightly hypocritical since I freelance in the advertising industry).
