Last day of school

Finally, the last day of school arrived!  I will dearly miss this year!

 One of my favorite traditions at our elementary school is the "Walk of Fame".  The entire school lines the halls and the 4th graders walk in through the kindergarten wing and take their final walk through the school.  I really thought I was going to be fine, but when the kids started doing the "We will rock you, boom boom clap!  boom boom clap!"  I lost it!  I'm so proud of my Sweet T and will miss his smiling face at Woodway.

 Before the end of school at noon, I had to race over to Matthew's school several miles away to chaperone the 6th grade dance.  I love watching Matthew with his friends!  He had four parties in 2 days to celebrate the end of school.  If this is what it's like for Intermediate School graduation, I shutter to think of what high school graduation will be like!  After school, Matthew went to a party, and I went to lunch with several of Thomas and MB's friends and moms.  We then watched the kids swim, and all five moms sat comatose on the porch!  It was quite a jam packed 2 weeks!  Bring on summer!!
