Spidy shirt

I just went in and peaked at Thomas napping. He is wearing his typical uniform...orange spider man shirt and spider man underwear. This "favorite outfit" thing is a whole new ordeal for me. Matthew always wanted to look "handsome" but Thomas always wants to wear his "spidy sirt". Several months ago, he spilled paint all over it and I thought we were going to be able to throw it away. He was so upset, that I relented and now his orange spider man shirt is quite faded and has blue and white paint on it! We have gotten to a point where he will wear other clothes as long as he can wear spidy underneath it from. As much as it annoys me to have to peal spidy off of him from time to time to wash, I am sure I will always keep his shirt as a reminder of my sweet 3 year old Thomas!
