This morning I informed Matthew that it was Putt Putt day at Mother's Day Out and to please hurry up and get dressed. Ten minutes later, he exits his room wearing this number. When I asked him why he was dressed up for church when everyone else will be wearing t-shirts and shorts, he replied, "This is how you dress to play golf."
He just got through watching The Greatest Game Ever Played and I guess he felt he should dress like they did in the 1920s to play golf! Oh well, you pick your battles.
Had a thought.

I warned him that he would burn up. He compromised by taking off his tie! We had a cool day around here with rain so he was OK. He took off the sweater at lunch!
