After a long morning, we are finally home! Matthew is doing OK. He has been throwing up fairly regularly since the surgery, but says he is feeling much better.
Matthew was a trooper through it all and went through the halls of the hospital with his Batman robe on telling everyone he saw that he was getting his tonsils and adenoids out that morning. His good spirits kept me from getting too upset when they took him away.
I am looking forward to spending the rest of the day pampering him and bending to his every whim! Isn't that part of the Mommy Constitution?

How fun for him to get such special attention from you, even though he did have to have surgery! Glad it went well. Give him lots of extra hugs!

Good to hear it went great -- throwing up from the anesthesia I am guessing??? That is the worst!
Give him a hug from us and so happy to hear that he is on the road to the recovery. It is scary when they take them away from you to an operating room, huh?
