These pictures were taken at my sister-in-law's shower 1 1/2 weeks ago. Today, my grandmother's body is slowly shutting down from a bad case of pneumonia. I have gotten to spend time with her over the past few days, and feel peaceful that I was able to tell her how much I love her. She also blessed me by looking me in the eyes and saying, "Elizabeth, I have always loved you." She is very peaceful today and enjoying time with her family. My aunt and cousin came in from Alabama today, and my uncle and aunt are driving from New Mexico as we speak.
I will write more once this is all over.

Praying for you and your family!
Elizabeth, I'm thinking of your family. Isn't it wonderful to have no regrets, and to know how much you love and are loved? I felt that way with my grandmother, and it brings such a sense of peace. Blessings to you and yours -
I'm so sorry your grandmother is sick, but happy that the two of you got to have a special conversation. I'll be praying for you and your family.

So sorry, Elizabeth. Thoughts and prayers are with you.
Losing someone so special always breaks your heart- wishing you lots of peace and comfort....
My mom talked to your mom today about everything and then filled me in. I can't believe how quickly all of this has happened to her...
