When I was planning my garden, I wanted to put a huge emphasis on flowers that attract hummingbirds and butterflies. Looks like they took the bait! My garden is swarming with both. The hummers are too quick to take pictures of. Everytime I see them, my camera is not in hand. Taking a picture of one is my new mission! The butterflies have been much more cooperative. What a fun hobby!

What a fun hobby! Your garden is beautiful.
What awesome photos! We live way out in the country and alas I have not put time into starting a garden but the Lord certainly has, because last year we cleared a patch of land for some future gazebo hopes and lo and behold God filled it with bluebonnets and wild daisies and daffodils. Butterflies galore. I would like to know what kind of camera you have; your pictures are so vibrant.
Wow, those pictures are BEAUTIFUL!
You must have an amazing camera! Those pics are just perfect. Love the family and you and your hubby's bluebonnet pics! You are a very beautiful woman! ; )
Jennifer,
I am so sorry I didn't write you back!
My camera is a Canon Digital Rebel. I have had it for three years and use it almost daily. I highly recommend it!
Panda Mom-
You are too sweet. Thank you for your kind words!
Beautiful pictures!
Just gorgeous, Elizabeth! We were out on some gorgeous land yesterday riding on a golfcart next to the woodline and this beautiful monarch butterfly was leading our way the whole time. The boys LOVED it!
Beautiful pictures! I love butterflies. Those and hummingbirds are two of my favorite things. I always want to plant things they love so they'll stop by our little yard on their way to wherever they're going.
