The first two pictures were taken this morning. The ground is completely saturated with all of the rain from earlier this week.
The second two were taken after a flash flood and tornado warning roared through this afternoon. Gotta love Texas weather. Lots of stories. Please say a little prayer for this area as we are expecting two more waves of this tonight! Will update later...

I hope the water goes down and does not mess up all your hard work completely! We are getting a lot of rain down south of you also. I don't have a green thumb so I haven't spent a lot of time on my yard, so there is not too much to wash away but we have had a river running thru the backyard this week. Makes housebreaking a puppy a little challenging :)
whoa! man, i hope y'all don't get much more rain this weekend. stay safe!
We are experiencing drought conditions in North Alabama.
I'm praying for your safety.
So when I saw the first two pics, I thought "Elizabeth's going to show us all up with some kind of marvelous yard renovation." I was wondering how you could make it look any better than it already does. Then I saw the afters! I'm so sorry it's been soggy there. I'm worried about my plants for a different reason...drought!
