Safety tips courtesy of Thomas

Thomas and I spent our last quiet morning together before school got out on Friday. We were reading Officer Buckle and Gloria which is a book about safety rules. I asked Thomas to list some safety tips. Without hesitation, these were his answers,

"Never pretend to be a crossing guard."
"Never pretend to be dead."
"Never pretend to be a NASCAR driver."
"Never climb windows, walls, or doors."

Good tips, Thomas!

I see nothing wrong with pretending to be a NASCAR driver...

True, Donna. I think that tip is only applicable to 4 1/2 year olds!

We have that book too! The little girl is named Claire, and my Claire used to just love that.
