update
Thank you for all of those who sent up a little prayer for me on Sunday. The MRI showed that I had a bad sinus infection. I was so blocked up that nothing at all could drain so that was an unexpected diagnosis. This could explain the eye pain, headaches, and messed up balance due to inner ear pressure!

I am so glad you have a firm diagnosis!! Hope the road to complete recovery is swift. Congrats on the house plans...sounds FUN.
so glad you're okay! i told lar that i had a feeling it was an inner ear infection or something like that to throw off your balance...crazy it was severe congestion...still scary..take care!
